SIHLE SIBISI

A South African self-taught tattoo artist of 5 years experience born in Swaziland and moved to South Africa in 2013. A tattoo specialist in fine-line, portraits, custom black and gray small plus large scale tattoos with a hint of red (per request). The owner of Vanity Ink which hosted a number of influencial celebrities and influencers. 

“My work has evolved over the past few years from mostly small tattoos to large scale detailed pieces that have been custom made which I believe has been the selling point of my craft. My vision for the next 10 years is to teach and lead more people who are as passionate as I am about the craft. To create and polish up other mediums of art. To work alongside those who have experience in those particular crafts.”

The first studio was opened on the 1st of December 2021, self-funded. Due to the change in clientele/customer geographic, a new location which is central and art-focused space was needed.
